If you’re anything like me, your journey to seeing yourself as a leader and thriving in this is ongoing and in need of frequent encouragement. Leadership spans every domain of our lives, regardless of title. It includes taking care of ourselves in order to be effective in how we lead others.  

I share what I am learning in my own journey of life and leadership through my words. You are a leader regardless of title. This place is for you no matter where you are on the leadership spectrum and I would love to walk this journey with you.

I spend my days sharing words of encouragement for women and young people as emerging leaders, finding my way through the beautiful mess of parenting and relationships, and geeking out on technology. 

I am the author of the book ‘Stepping Up In Leadership‘ and host of the podcast ‘Inspiritment from Jo Koepke’.
