• How do I know if it is God or if it is me?

    Many people far more qualified than I am have tackled this question in extensive depth. My initial thoughts were, “who am I to add my voice to this?” The answer I settled on for myself: I am a person who has been living an ever-growing faith journey, making decisions based on what I believe God was speaking to me.     In our hurried pace of life, our souls are crying out for rest and refreshment. Trying to figure out what that looks like can feel like a full-time occupation by itself. There are so many opinions and ideas out there. Figuring out how to feed my soul and make time for rest has been a journey over the past several years.
